Parents Ask
Players need athletic shoes or cleats (no metal spikes), comfortable athletic clothing and a water bottle.

We welcome players ages 12–18, grouped by experience so everyone plays at the right level.
Flag football is non-contact. There is no tackling, and players pull a flag from a belt to end a play. Coaches teach safe play, proper warm-ups and respect for others.
Light rain? We play on. For lightning or unsafe field conditions we cancel or reschedule and let families know as soon as possible.
